Hi! I cannot find a support email, but I'm trying to add a user to our organization account. These users signed up for free accounts before we were able to create their users in our org. They have deleted their self made accounts since.

I already submitted this topic over a week ago, but my support agent has stopped responding.

Hi Ann!

Since you can access that ticket, hopefully you can see that advisor has stopped responding. I submitted the original post 2 weeks ago, and haven't had any communication in 10 days. 


We are at a standstill on our project until this user is re-activated. If you can help, I would really appreciate more support.
