I am trying to add two users that have accounts and I’m not able to due that they both have personal accounts. What needs to be done to add them to the enterprise account that has been created. Thank you

I am trying to add a user that belongs to another enterprise and I’m unable to do so. Previous posts state to use a support link to verify the domain of the user and the support link didn’t work. Thank you for the assistance.


To follow up on this. When I tried to create a new user again I get the error in the header that reads “Groups and Folders selection, as well as User Settings for existing Box users, will be available after the user(s) accept their invite.” 

Next to the name of is a yellow ! that reads Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise.

How do I get support to resolve this?
