I am trying to add a user that belongs to another enterprise and I’m unable to do so. Previous posts state to use a support link to verify the domain of the user and the support link didn’t work. Thank you for the assistance.
To follow up on this. When I tried to create a new user again I get the error in the header that reads “Groups and Folders selection, as well as User Settings for existing Box users, will be available after the user(s) accept their invite.”
Next to the name of is a yellow ! that reads Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise.
How do I get support to resolve this?

I created a post yesterday that was deleted. I need to add a user that is part of another domain to a new domain account I’ve created and would like support on this. Others who have posted the same thing are being looped back to create a topic. The error message reads “User belongs to another enterprise”. Thank you for your support.
