Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

To join an Enterprise account, you should reach out to your company's Box Administrator to accomplish this. In your end, all you need to do is accept the invitation.

When my administrator tried to add me, it told him I already had an account with my company email. Is there a way to merge my account with my companies account?
