HI I want to be able to add users to our enterprise but because they are already users I am getting a notification.  how can I do this?

I have this same problem. I'm currently on a trial period and need to add a user so he can try it. He deleted his personal free account 3 days ago but it still will not let me add him to the enterprise account.
