I am currently setting up box for my company GlyProVac


I need to add my co-founder to our enterprise, but he already has a box account.


Therefore I get the below error message.

XXXXXX,Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise

This error message serves as a reminder that you're about to add an existing Box user. 


Here's what you can do. 


  • Continue to add the user, and when this error appears, "1 user failed to be added", ignore the error message and press the Save button again. Saving a second time will begin the invitation process.
