Adding Existing Developer Box Account under Managed User

Hi 

 

I have a developer account and I want to add it under Managed User of Enterprise Account. When I create a new user under Managed user , I does create a User but that is not developer account. I am specifically interested in developer account because I can use API on them. 

Can I add box developer account under managed user ? OR

Can i convert the user added under managed user as developer account? OR

Can I make API calls to the user that is been added under managed user ?

Please help. thanks in advance.

    Hello , 

     

    You have two options: 

     

    "I have a developer account and I want to add it under Managed User of Enterprise Account." 

    Please submit a ticket at support.box.com if you would like to merge the two. 

     

    "When I create a new user under Managed user , I does create a User but that is not developer account" 

    You can visit the developer console from a managed user's. When they're logged in they can go to http://box.com/developers/console. The dev console will be added to their left-hand panel of options after doing this for the first time. The developer console is not added to the account by default.

    Thanks for your reply. Just to clarify . I don't want to 'merge' my enterprise and developer account.I just want to include developer account under Managed User of Enterprise account. So can I go ahead and log a support ticket. Please confirm
