I want to add a new email address to my account that is associated with a deleted account. How long does it take to free up the email address so it can be added to the free account?

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    Per our security policy, we are unable to release email addresses for accounts who have been deactivated for less than 120 days. This means you would have to wait up to 120 days of your account's deactivation date before you can use your email again for a new account.
