Hello, I have a user with a box error not allow her to open Box for Office and edit via Microsoft Word.


The image below is what is displayed when we try installing Box for Office on the web portal of box applications

Troubleshooting steps we have completed:


1. Unistall Box for Office and Box Tools - Restart and Re-install


2. We have removed Box applications from the web portal and added them back, but Box for Office will not verify.


3. It works via another profile on Chrome so we know the Box for Office is working, but for some reason it will not verify on any of the Chrome profiles.
