I am having to replace the computer upon which I first set up my Box .  I can access my account on one additional computer I have but am not able to save material to my cloud from that different computer. I need to know how to do this as I get my new computer up and running.

You just have to ensure that you'll be using a supported Operating System for your new computer (https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696234-Understand-the-Box-Policy-For-Browser-And-OS-Support).
