Despite deleting 15GB of files, my storage is still showing "FULL" at 10.1GB out of 10GB.


To remedy this, my client has added me to their Business account, which is supposedly unlimited storage. However, I am STILL unable to upload anything to this account!


Additionally, my account lists "Account Type: Business," but I'm still relegated to posting on this forum rather than being able to start a ticket or email or actually *speak* to someone regarding this issue. Amazing.
