Hello! I need to add a user to my account but am getting the error associated with adding a user who has an existing account. Can you please help?

Hi, I also have this issue. Previously, I was told that anyone with an @usm.edu email address would be automatically added to our Box, but now, a person with this email type needs to be added and I am getting the same error as above. Any update on this?
