I am trying to add my domain to my enterprise account and it says I need to contact Box support to do that. I do not see a way to submit a ticket for this request. How do I get my domain added to Box account?

I found I can add domain under Enterprise Settings. I added the TXT record. And I get error when trying to add my company domain.
