I am already associated with a Box account under the email address

.   We have some files in that account that we do not want other team members to access due to sensitive information.   


I was hoping to add a new account specifically for my sales team and place it on a different credit card. 


 


When I attempted to do so, it said "email already taken"


 


Please advise.  Thank you
