Account was deactivated and now I am trying to activate it but no luck

Hi I submitted a support ticket Case #2570305 regarding a deactivated account. The admin emailed Customer Support and allowed them to remove my email from the account, however, I am still having trouble activating my deactivated account. Can someone help me with this? I can't submit a ticket anywhere on the site.
