Account verification required - Error processing request

I am unable to upgrade to the Starter plan due to an account verification error. When I try to upgrade, I receive the following error message: "There was an error processing your request. Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com." I need to upgrade to the Starter plan as soon as possible and would appreciate if this issue could be resolved by tomorrow. Could you please help me complete the account verification process so I can proceed with the upgrade? Thank you for your assistance.
