I created an account yesterday to start the Box Starter trial plan. I entered my information and saw a message saying that a verification email had been sent, but I never received the email and was unable to complete the verification.
Today, I created a new account using the same email address, and this time I received the verification email without any issues and successfully activated the account.
Therefore, I believe that I may have accidentally registered with an incorrect email address yesterday, but I do not know which incorrect email address was used.
Since my credit card information was entered during yesterday's registration, I would like to confirm whether that account was activated and whether it might start billing me after the two‑week trial ends.
Could you please advise me on how to proceed with this matter?
