I'm getting an error message when trying to upload stuff in my box saying I have reach out the max storage space but I only used 15 Ko out 0f 10 Gg.
How can this be fix?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
