Our company just started using the Business Plus platform, and I am unable to upload any additional files. I am receiving the “Account Storage limit reached” error.

Are you uploading files on a shared folder? It seems that the owner has reached his/her storage allocation. That’s why it’s returning the Account Storage limit reached error.
Note that the folder’s ability to store contents will vary according to its owner’s free storage. At this rate, you should contact the owner to either free up his/her space or increase his/her account storage.

We can no longer upload documents into Box. Error message is “Account storage limit reached.” How can I get more info on the storage limit?
