Account reset not working

I have a personal account with another email address. As I don't remember my password, I'm trying to receive my password reset email. BOX recognizes that there is an existing account and allows me to try and send the reset email. But I'm getting no emails from BOX. Is there a way to know the status of my account and how can I go on resetting my password? Thank you!
