Hi!!

I have lost my Box account. I just know the Box account email ID. I have lost the password of that (account) email ID also and not able to recover that account too. Any suggestions.

    Hello France,

    I am having an issue with logging in.  I have hit reset password and I am not getting the email to reset my password.  It is as if my account was hacked and the email was changed as I never changed the password and the email is not working to log in or reset the password. 

     

    Can you help?
