Hi Box,

I have account binded to email that I dont have access anymore,  so I can't recover my expired pw anymore. Please help.

If you can’t access the email address associated with your Box account, we recommend either reaching out to your email service provider (ESP) to regain access to your email account or creating a new account. For additional guidance please review our support guide on Logging in to Box.

 

Box does not have the ability to help you regain access to your email account. You will need access to the email address associated with your account to change your account password. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to protect your account against unauthorized access.

I have data saved on that account. Can I be in touch with someone in private communication so I can provide all the info that might help to recover.


I changed my password, but my password manager didn’t save it.  I am currently logged in with old password but when I am logged out, I won’t be able to get in because:
I can’t reset the password because my recovery email address is no longer active.  
I can’t change the email while logged in, apparently. I think the best course is to just copy all my files over to storage and close this account.


I am open to the option of exporting all my dat as well.
