Account Recovery

Question

I have a box account that was set up with a previous email address. Later, I changed the email in my box.com settings to a new email address and deactivated the old email address. When I try to reset my password for the box account, it only wants to send the email to the original email. I need it to the new one. I have a lot of important documents on box.com I would like to recover. I had access until box.com signed me out.

To check, go to the Box website, login your credentials and head over to Account Settings> Look for your Default Email Address.Can you confirm if the correct email is listed as your default email address?We'd love to further assist!
