Hello - I'm looking for this to be resolved.
This is the same ask from the following 2 tickets which have not been resolved. The original owner of the account is no longer as the company and we would like the permissions to be transferred to an active employee or a Team Email. Thank you!

Do you have a Box admin? They can change it from admin console
Hi Crystal - Our Box admin is the individual who left the company. We no longer have admin access. Is it possible to work out the details to resolve in an offline ticket?
