Hello, I need to promote a user from editor to owner of an account regarding account ownership - the original owner currently cannot accomplish this task. 






The owner is no longer with the organization the account is associated with and this is referring to folder ownership. 

 

Could we please open a support ticket to discuss this further?

Hello - I'm looking for this to be resolved. 


 


This is the same ask from the following 2 tickets which have not been resolved. The original owner of the account is no longer as the company and we would like the permissions to be transferred to an active employee or a Team Email. Thank you!

Do you have a Box admin? They can change it from admin console 


Hi Crystal - Our Box admin is the individual who left the company. We no longer have admin access. Is it possible to work out the details to resolve in an offline ticket?
