, the Box system simply cannot find this account, like it never existed, but before there's no problem using it. So I re-registered a new account under the same email address, but still cannot access any shared folders that my colleagues invited me as an co-editor. Please help look into my account and see what's wrong with it and let me know if I can still use my account properly. Thank you!
