Hi,

I am unable to create a password in settings and therefore can not get into a folder that was shared with me. I am also unable to change my password since I do not have one created. The IT team asked me to submit a request to unblock my account.

Can you try to reset your Box password here https://account.box.com/login/reset?redirect_url=%2F
