I'm asking about my boss's account, not mine.
My boss is having trouble logging in to his account. When he logs in, the page appears to be displayed, but folders that should be there are not. He is also unable to navigate to the account settings page.
The same issue occurs when he logs in on a different device or browser.
This issue has been occurring since last week; he had been able to use the service without any issues until then.
My boss can't even log in to the community from his account, so I'm asking for your advice using my account.
I'd like to inquire about whether there are any issues with his account, so I'd like to know the contact information for the Box administrator.
