Hi, My account was hacked from an IP address from India earlier today. I’ve since changed my password. I checked document activity and only saw what I had opened. Can I get help with this issue to confirm my account is secure and if there were any downloads prior to me changing my password?

It is safe for your account if you have changed your password and set up 2fa for unauthorized logins.

Have you gone to your Account Settings> Security> Login Activity?

As far as downloading is concerned. Please check Account Settings> Notifications. If the selections are checked then you'd be receiving emails about these notifications.

Thank you AJ. I have the notifications checked and have not received any emails regarding downloads. I just tried downloading a file and did not receive an email. Is it because I have a free Box subscription?
