I had cleared and deleted all. Then I upload some 3 Gb. Now it says it is full. How do I correct it? It look like this problem: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695334-Storage-Usage-Or-File-Count-In-My-Account-Is-Incorrect

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.
