A member of our team created an account with the same email address, forgetting that he had already created an account in the past. 

He always see that a confirmation email has been sent, is there a solution?

Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

It would be impossible to create another Box account using the same email even if the account is active or deactivated since this is still associated with a Box account and have not been purged from the system.

Is he seeing 2 Box accounts?
