I’ve seen this a few times in the forums - I have an account with an email that I can no longer access what so ever.
The box tool reset my password and I have a lot of design work that is no longer accessible. Very important I can recover this.
Please provide me someone to talk to so I can get access to my files please. I can show the files on my machine and describe in great detail what they are.

Seen the same exact reply for other people with the same issue - the domain email was a private one and I no longer have access to that domain - can you put me in touch with a human to get this resolved please.
Protecting my account against unauthorized access is pointless if I can’t even access it.
Was a 2FA set-up with my account? Surely I can provide enough information to be able to re-access the account or get the files transfered?
