Hello! I need assistance gaining access to my original Box account. About a week ago, I was forced to log back into my account after an update. The company I work for (MAA) had my original account listed under an alternate email name. I am know unable to access my original account with my credentials and I’m afraid of losing almost 3 years of data. Can someone please assist?
