Hi team,

I can't tell if my account is a paid account or free - can you tell me?

    Hi Mike, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    You can verify your Account Type by going to the Box website> hover over to your Account Profile at the top right and click Account Settings. 

    Scroll down a bit and  in Account Details look for Account type - Individual, Business, Enterprise, etc.

    Also, you may want to explore your Account Settings here.

    It says mine is Account Type: Individual - is this a paid account or free?
