Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!
You can verify your Account Type by going to the Box website> hover over to your Account Profile at the top right and click Account Settings.
Scroll down a bit and in Account Details look for Account type - Individual, Business, Enterprise, etc.
Also, you may want to explore your Account Settings here.
