Accessing shared files/folders

Collaborators have shared files/folders with me, however when I click on the link to the folder I receive an error message that Box "can't locate what I am looking for" - how could this be resolved? Maybe an error with set-up or admin controls to guarantee my access to these folders?

It looks like the files were shared privately. I would suggest to directly contact the owner of the files and have them check the shared settings. You may refer to this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697094-Creating-Shared-Links

Hi - this recommendation has not solved my issue. The owner has reviewed settings and confirmed access was granted to me. When I attempt to access the folder through the link this is what I get.

A collaborator has shared a folder with me.  I click on their link to "GO TO FOLDER" and it brings me to a blank "ALL FOLDERS" screen.  I have never used Box Before so there are no other folders in this screen.
