Accessing Group Work

I was put in a group for my college class and I'm having difficulty opening the project even though the professor has added me as an editor twice. I really need to access it but it says I lost permissions. Please help! Neither of us is sure how to fix it.

    There are no shared folders in your account. Did you receive a collaboration invite to access the files? If so, you might want to check which email has received the invite. 

    Please make sure it's the same with what you've been using to login with your Box account.
