I need to get access to former intern Box files who was offboarded. When I enter on the admin console I cannot see user. How can I get access to file?

If a former employee's Box is not longer showing on your managed user's list in the Admin console, it's likely that the account was already deleted.
If you are able to run reports in your organization, you may run a User Activity report to see who among your Box Admins (Admin or Co-admin) deleted the user's Box and confirm if they transferred that user's contents to someone else.
