Is 'Expiring Embed Link' supposed to be accessed without authorization? It is not clear from the documentation.
We found that it is available without authorization in some cases, but doesn't always work this way.

Thank you for the response! Actually I mean the value of 'expiring_embed_link.url'. We found that this url sometimes cannot be accessed anonymously so I want to clarify the intended behavior first.
