Hi, I’m trying to access handover resources from my predecessor but as her account has been deactivated the links are broken. Is there any way for the files to be retrieved?

If the owner belongs to your enterprise account, please reach out to your primary Admin and verify if the user has been deleted or deactivated. If it’s the latter, there’s a chance that you can still retrieve the content owned by the user by simply reactivating the account.
Meanwhile, if the user was deleted along with their contents. I’m afraid we can’t guarantee a recovery especially if the account deletion took place for over 14 days. For we only have a 14-day window to restore deleted files.
