I was sent a link to collaborate and share files. I have accessed the link with the account linked to the same email. I see there were a few other posts about this as well but no resolution. Is there a fix for this yet?

Hello, no error message I received he email below. Clicked the link and was taken to my box account which was already logged in and there is no folder by that name in my account.
