Hi guys,

I own a Box account under an old email address I no longer have access to and, of course, I've forgotten the password so am unable to reset it.
Is there a work around for this?

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

    I understand that you wanted to regain your access to your old account. However, we can only send the password reset link through your primary email address on Box. I'm afraid we don't have an alternate procedure for this.
