I have a Business Pro type account and I would like to speak with a live technical support person. I believe that is included in this plan. 


Please confirm and advise on how to access a human. 

I need to shift over to Ignite or Dropbox or some platform that will help when I need it.  How do I migrate away to a platform that will help?

 


I don’t think there are actually any people working for Box.
