Access to files?

I received an email with a link to files. When I enter Box with my password, I'm told I don't have access to the very things I was expected to look at. Can you please help me?

    If you don't have access to the file shared to you, I do suggest to directly contact the owner of the folder. You may request to them to re-share the files to you.
