Access Stats Past 1 Year

Hi there,

I am trying to view the access stats going back to 2020 for a file. When I go to the access stats pop-up for the file and scroll to the bottom, it says "There's no more activity from the past year." I've read that I should be able to access stats from the past 7 years. How do I view the activity from the previous year?

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    I'm sorry for the confusion. I see that you are on a personal account but if the content owned by any paid accounts you may be collaborating with,will have access stats available but not for any content that is owned by you directly.

    So if the user is collaborating with a business who has a paid Box account, and that folder is owned by that business account, with them added as an editor or co-owner, they'll also have this functionality. Free users working with content owned by a free account do not have this functionality.

    Hi AJ,

    Thanks for the help. I am collaborating on files with a business that has a nonprofit Starter account. We can all see Access Stats from 2022 and 2021, but nothing before that (even though the files were created & in use in 2020). Do you know why we cannot view Access Stats from before 2021?
