    Hi Peter,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

Box Admins may run a "Collaborations Report" which  lists collaboration  invites sent to users both in and outside of your enterprise.

This report contains information such as Owner of the folder, Item Name (Folder name), Collaborator Name, Collaborator Permission (Editor, co-owner, etc.) and many more so this would be ideal to the get the information you need.

You can run this report in Admin console > Reports > Create Report Managed users then click the "Collaborations", then "Run".

For more details regarding this type of report, please take a look at this article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696534-Running-Reports#collaborationsrep
