Question

Trying to collect logs from Box by making API call using oauth2 authentication from a monitoring platform but getting the access_denied_insufficient_permissions error. Scopes enabled in app, Read and Write all files and folders, manage users, mange groups, manage enterprise properties. Please help resolve.

This is occurring because your user account needs to have admin permissions too - You can either login using an admin level account or add co-admin permissions to your user account.
