The Office Online Server is currently not responding.

Hi there, I am receiving this same error message through Box@IBM. I have never had an issue with the file, nor does anyone else on my team, but a couple of months ago I began receiving the "The Office Online Server...." message. I tried to begin support through Box but IBM directs us to use internal support but IBM IT does not support Box support tickets so I am running in circles unable to access my file. What was the solution for this?


I have uninstalled and reinstalled Box, tried to open the file on different browsers and in the Box app, updated my laptop, checked my firewalls, signed into Office online with no problem, and I am still receiving the same error message.
