As per checking, it looks like you are accessing a shared folder. I would suggest to contact the owner of the folder to have them check if you still have access to the files.

Hi there,

After checking, my account still has the access to that folder and can be opened from laptop, but trouble on PCs.

but sometimes it can't be opened on laptop as well.

Do you have any suggestions?
