Access Conflict with Box Salesforce: This Box Account is already linked to Salesforce user

Hi.  I've set up the Box Salesforce plug-in using a service account (RevOps) but now cannot log in as my regular user.  It states that I'm already linked to Salesforce, and shows the email address of the integration user.  As a result, I am unable to access content.mxa01HSXWTH8YV2GGXBMNDWRBRFFN.png
