Only your personal BOX drive will be updated, and other people's BOX drives and boxes on the web will not be updated. Updating the folder has already been tried by right-clicking.
If possible, I would like to receive an answer as soon as possible.

You might want to check the following:
- Are your newly uploaded/edited contents visible through box.com.
- Are your collaborators utilizing the most updated Box Drive version? To confirm, these are the outlined steps in Installing and Updating Box Drive.

I'll try to get my collaborators to update to the latest version of Box Drive.
Or maybe that's because I was using marks in 📎 the names of the files.
