I am unable to access a folder to which I have been invited by another company and would like to know how to respond to your request.

I want to access a shared document to which another company has invited me. We have received an email that says "You have been invited to the following collaboration. I have been sent the invitation e-mail three times or more, but to no avail. Other members of our company are able to access.
■What is happening
When I log in, there is no document shared with me (the status of the other company is that I have not accepted the invitation).
