About two-factor authentication at login

Hello,
I cannot log in to my Box account because I lost access to my 2-step verification and backup codes.
I still have access to my registered email address.
Could you please help me reset or disable 2FA for my account?

Welcome to Box Community and we’ll help disable your Multi-Factor Authentication. 

 

Upon review, you have posted this using an account without MFA configuration and given your difficulties authenticating I assume you’re posting this for the affected Box account. 

For us to address this issue, please use your email associated to the affected Box account and submit a case.
